Trying New Things

With the new cold Granola has been able to try out some new things. Pedialite freezer pops being one. She seems to enjoy them.

Visit with Great Grandma

We stopped and visited with Great Grandma Velma this past week. She was looking good and doing well. Granola worked on her hand/eye coordination getting snacks from Grandma.

While in GJ we took the little one to a park for some playtime with her cousin. She had fun.

Not Feeling So Hot

It seems the babe picked up a cold while in GJ. Now she has this and 12 or so new teeth coming in to deal with. Granola is doing the best she can. Blogging obviously hasn't been our top priority, but we'll try to catch up again in a couple days with numerous posts. Its hard to remember everything until the pictures come up. Yesterday included a first for the little one, poo in the tub, pretty sweet. And we are now searching for the perfect pup for Granola.
If you ever wondered if Granola had any stuffed animals, a crib full.

Warmer

The temps have been gradually increasing and it seems like spring may be coming soon. We are set up and ready to go, once all the snow melts on the local trails. Granola has been good, just running around the house laughing and causing chaos. We gave her a small piece of home made chocolate chip cookie for easter and she really liked it.
I think she has a greater appreciation for milk after having a fresh cookie.

Just a quick update. 13 months down. She's getting old. The babe now has 8 new teeth showing. They just keep coming and she is still managing very well. Here are some more photos from the past few days.

Easter Sunday

Granola is celebrating her 2nd Easter this year. She ran after and collected all the eggs first thing this morning. We were a little surprised but she is a very observant girl. Granola got some stuffed toys, books, and berets from the Bunny this year. Mom is working today so its basically just another day for us. Happy Easter to everyone!!

New Play Zone

Granola has chosen a parcular spot for her new play zone. We gave her a portion of the entertainment center for toy storage awhile ago. She now enjoys sitting in there, dancing, and even head butting. She is an odd one, must get it from mom.
