We were determined to get a hike in today and go swimming; surprisingly everything worked out smooth and successful. We had a short 2 mile hike, but it was all uphill to Windsor Lakes on Hagerman Pass. A great workout for the day. Granola did wonderful, she napped a small portion but otherwise sat up very attentive. We headed into town afterwards and then went to the pool. Granola got a bunch of laps in and even a quick dunking.

You're such a little jock! I think I'll take you to get your nails done when I'm there! REgarding the little girl who's riding your wedding dress coattails. Please could you teach her to say Aunt Nancy is my favorite?!? Of course, I only want to hear that from you, or your dad, or your Uncle David, but the two men are lost causes and I don't think you can talk yet. Swim yes, talk no!
